The CARES Regional Internship Program Poster Symposium was a culmination of student internships that began in the Spring of 2021. Community partners joined their interns to celebrate this important professional development milestone. The event provided employers a unique perspective into their organization through the narratives UTEP students recounted throughout each poster presentation. The content of each poster illustrated learning outcomes from each internship experience. Students detailed their job responsibilities, lessons learned, and the UTEP EDGE skills developed from their internship.
