OUR FACILITIES:
The DPT Program is housed in the Campbell Building at 1101 North Campbell about a mile from the main UTEP campus. The Campbell Building has undergone various multi-million dollar renovations over the past several years, including the Human Anatomy Teaching Laboratory. Additionally, we regularly use the state-of-the-art hospital simulation lab at the Health Sciences and Nursing Building on main campus.

OUR COMMUNITY:
El Paso is a very friendly community to live in and has a very affordable cost-of-living. It is consistently rated as one of the top 3 safest cities of its size in national rankings. We are located at about 3700 feet in elevation, and our nearby mountains are much higher. Franklin Mountain State Park offers hiking and mountain biking within the city limits of El Paso.
OUR REGION:
We are located where Texas, New Mexico, and the country of Mexico meet. Driving just a few hours from El Paso gets you to many other great places, including Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National Monument. For cooler temperatures and more outdoor recreation, you can drive just 2 hours to Cloudcroft NM for hiking in the Lincoln National Forest at 9000 feet elevation, or in 3 hours go skiing at Ski Apache at 11,500 feet.
