Compliance Training for FY 2024-2025


In preparation for the new fiscal year’s training, the Compliance Training site will be unavailable until October 1, 2024.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.  We look forward to a new season of Compliance Training beginning in October.  

2023 Annual Disclosure Reporting Period is Now Open

If you participated in an activity during the 2023 calendar year and are required to complete the annual disclosure requirement, please click on the following link:

The deadline to complete the disclosure requirement for calendar year 2023 is Friday, March 1, 2024.

Hosting a Youth Program or Camp at UTEP

The Office of Youth Program Development and Support assists with planning, organizing, and coordinating youth programs and camps. University divisions and departments work with the Office of Youth Program Development and Support to ensure that all youth programs and camps are set up and are run in compliance with the University’s business procedures and risk management practices.
