Compliance Training for FY 2026-27


In preparation for the new fiscal year’s training, the Compliance Training Mine will be unavailable until October 1, 2026.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.  We look forward to a new season of Compliance Training beginning in October.


Request Approval of Outside Activities

If you are participating in an outside activity such as:

  • Outside Employment/Other Compensated Activity
  • Service on Outside Boards
  • Uncompensated Activity

Please visit the Request for Approval for Outside Activities webpage for more information. 

Access the Outside Activity Portal here, and route your request for approval to your supervisor for review and action. 

Hosting a Youth Program or Camp at UTEP

The Office of Youth Program Development and Support assists with planning, organizing, and coordinating youth programs and camps. University divisions and departments work with the Office of Youth Program Development and Support to ensure that all youth programs and camps are set up and are run in compliance with the University’s business procedures and risk management practices.
