Faculty Accomplishments
The Faculty Success application (FS) organizes and builds reports on teaching, research and service activities. It enables faculty to keep track of their accomplishments and activity information just once so that many outputs can be prepared, such as annual evaluation reports, accreditation reports, and post-tenure reviews. It also assists University administration in responding to requests for faculty-related data and accomplishments, rather than needing to continually ask you for the information.Local | Snap
Here are a few ways in which Faculty Success is used:
- Faculty credentialing and SACSCOC accreditation
- Public Access to Course Information (HB 2504)
- Faculty annual performance/merit evaluations and post-tenure reviews
- Expertise Connector and faculty research profiles
- University catalog
In a nutshell, faculty members can tell their story with the Faculty Success application. It does so by keeping a digital portfolio of activities that are entered once and can be used multiple times and in different ways to share and expand on all the work they do.
