The “Healthy Mind, Healthy Life” program is dedicated to gain a better understanding of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) among men and women from the ages of 18 and older who live in El Paso. We provide services on the treatment and prevention of:

• Serious Mental Illness (SMI)

• Substance Use Disorder (SUD)

• Co-occurring Disorders (COD)

• HIV

• Hepatitis C
