Teaching Transformation Institute (TTI)Teaching Tranformation Institute: Design. Experiment. Lead.

Join Us for the Teaching Transformation Institute (TTI)

FAQ

No. TTI is designed around manageable, meaningful transformation. Many participants focus on a single assignment, module, activity, or classroom experience rather than a full course redesign.
All Summer and Fall sessions will be recorded, and asynchronous make-up materials will be available. The program is intentionally flexible to support faculty schedules.
Not at all. TTI is designed for faculty at all experience levels, whether you are trying something new for the first time or refining existing teaching practices.
The program is designed to be practical and manageable alongside regular teaching responsibilities. Most activities connect directly to participants’ own courses, and deliverables are intentionally focused and applied rather than time-intensive.
No. TTI explores both when tools and technology can support learning and when protecting authentic learning experiences may be more appropriate. Faculty are encouraged to make intentional choices that fit their disciplines, students, and goals.
Participants will leave with practical teaching ideas, redesigned course materials, implementation experience, feedback from students and colleagues, and a completed transformation project that can be showcased at the HIIT Conference.
