Eugene Lopez – Master Student

I am a student in the clinical master’s program under the mentorship of Dr. Craig Field. My current research examines the phenomenon of occupational burnout amongst crisis workers and the tentative role it plays in fostering higher levels of alcohol consumption. In addressing these issues, I am formulating a target intervention that utilizes a range of positive psychology treatments. I graduated from UTEP in 2018 with a double major in Psychology and Anthropology and hope to go on to a clinical doctoral program.
