Venue
The conference takes place at the Tomas Rivera Conference Center, on the 3rd floor of the Union East building.
Directions from hotel: when you exit through the hotel entrance, turn right. Start walking (though the parking lot, or on the sidewalk to the left of it). Keep walking until you see a building (this is the Union East). Turn right again to enter that building (there are sliding doors). Inside the building, head straight - when you see a staircase, climb three floors up (until there's nowhere else to climb), or take the elevator. From the staircase, the Tomas Rivera Conference Center will be on your left-hand side. (There will be signage, but just so you get an idea.)

Getting to the Conference
El Paso is accessible by car via I-10, or by air. The El Paso International Airport is located 8.5 miles (20-25) mins from UTEP campus.
Conference Hotel
The conference hotel is Hilton Garden Inn El Paso/University. The hotel is practically on campus, and it's a 5-min walk to the conference venue.

50 rooms are held at a reduced rate for the conference until September 10, 2025. After this date, standard rates will apply. Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before check-in.
Transportation Information
- The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from El Paso International Airport and within a 3-mile radius of the University.
- Rideshare from the airport is approximately $20 - $25 each way.
- Public Transportation is available. Travel time is approximately one hour.
