STARTALK @ UTEP

STARTALK @ UTEP is a four-week summer language immersion camp that will offer El Paso area High School students the opportunity to learn Arabic or Portuguese for free. The program is funded by a STARTALK grant and is overseen by the National Foreign Language Council at the University of Maryland.
