Summer Theatre and Dance Camps
June 5th, 2017, Fox Fine Arts Recital Hall
Acting camp focuses on the acting and rehearsal process. All students will learn the fundamentals of the performance process of theatre culminating in a live performance for family and friends on the last day of the camp. Dance Camps focus on the appreciation, performance, and creation of dance. Young dancers will take a series of daily classes in various dance styles including ballet, contemporary, tap, and jazz. This drama about repression in wartime serves as the capstone project for performance student, Raul Chavez. Bent is an audacious examination of the struggle homosexuals faced during World War II.
