CoLART Welcomes New Director of Community Engagement and Outreach

The College of Liberal Arts would like to welcome our newest member to the team. Vanessa Martínez joins the Office of the Dean as the Director of Community Engagement and Outreach. We are thrilled to have someone with such an extensive knowledge of UTEP and with an equally strong focus on student needs as Vanessa has demonstrated. She comes to us from the Miner Learning Center and has over 14 years of experience at UTEP building and expanding services for students and faculty.

Vanessa will lead the College of Liberal Arts' efforts in community engagement and service and will be the point person facilitating partnerships between the college and local middle schools and high schools as we expand our outreach efforts in the community.
