Laptops from the Faculty Laptop Replacement Program are now shipping
Both Apple and Dell laptops from the Faculty Laptop Replacement Program are now shipping.

Apple status: Find Your Order (enter your Apple Order # and your UTEP email address)

Dell status: Order Support (enter your Dell Purchase ID #)
Once your laptop has been delivered to UTEP by the carrier, it has to be processed by Receiving and Inventory. Please log in to Miner Mall and follow these instructions to list your Purchase Orders (POs). Select the appropriate PO# ("SPECTRUM IMAGING TECHNOLOGIES, INC." for Dell Latitude laptops and "APPLE INC" for MacBook Pro laptops) and check its status. The laptop is ready to be picked up if its "Receiving" status is "Fully Received."
The Technology Personnel is picking up all these laptops from Central Receiving but if by mistake yours gets delivered to your office/department, please do not open it and do not turn it on. Please contact us to pick it up and to have it dropped off at the LACIT lab (LART 405).
