Windows crashing while using pen input using the Microsoft Edge browser
The Microsoft Edge browser is causing Windows 10 to crash with a BSOD that says "RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED" if you use a pen to annotate files (PDFs, etc.). Versions affected are 94.X and [beta] 95.X. Microsoft is aware of the issue and will hopefully have a fix in the near future.
Current workaround is to use another application (Acrobat, OneNote, etc.) to make pen annotations.
