Research, Evaluation, and Assessment Services (REAS) is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping organizations use data to understand, improve, and demonstrate the impact of their programs and initiatives. We partner with university departments, schools, non-profits, government agencies, and community organizations to design meaningful evaluations and generate evidence that supports informed-decision making. Through collaborative partnerships and a commitment to excellence, REAS provides expertise in program evaluation, assessment, research design, and data analysis.
REAS supports clients throughout the entire evaluation and assessment process, from planning and data collection to analysis, reporting, and dissemination. Our services include program evaluation, needs assessments, survey development, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, reporting, and strategic consultation. We work closely with stakeholders to produce actionable findings that strengthen programs, support accountability, and inform future planning. Whether launching a new initiative or measuring long-term impact, REAS provides the tools and expertise needed to turn data into meaningful insights.
