As the grant’s programs manager, Jonathan S Gonzalez assists with logistical and administrative assignments related to grants and student intern support. Working across teams, with student interns and prospectively with community partners, Jonathan hopes to support the grants programs as to contribute to the Rubin Center’s development into a flagship visual arts institution for Latinx and Chicanx art in the US. Jonathan joined the Rubin Center in 2024 and has worked in other UTEP departments such as the Center for Community Engagement. He holds a BA and an MA in French and Francophone Studies.
