The Rubin Center is proud to present the 2020 Annual Juried UTEP Student Virtual Art Exhibition, showcasing works of art and design created by undergraduate students enrolled in the Department of Art during the 2019 – 2020 academic year. All media taught in the department is represented, including painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, metals, printmaking and graphic design.  At the end of each academic year, the Rubin Center invites nationally and internationally recognized professionals in the fields of graphic design and fine arts to jury recent work completed by UTEP students in the Department of Art.  It is a highly competitive process and this year the juror’s selection will be exhibited in a virtual exhibition, due to constraints from the current public health initiatives in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year, we are happy to welcome Marisa Sage, Director and Head Curator of the New Mexico State University Art Museum, as Fine Arts Juror and Iris Morales and Joel Martinez, owners of EME Design Studio, as our Graphic Design Jurors.
