If you aren’t a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident but graduated or will graduate from a Texas high school, you may qualify for residency for tuition purposes and should submit the affidavit. |

Students applying from a Texas private high school must submit the RCCF form with the High School transcript. |

Incoming freshmen applicants graduating from an out-of-state high school must include the High School Certification form along with official transcripts. |

Veterans and Active Military that have a home of record or based in Texas for purposes of residency with supporting documentation. |
Veterans or Active Military who will be transitioning out of service and intend to establish Residency in the state of Texas can submit this form with supporting documentation to attain resident status for one year to Military Student Success Center. | |
Using military benefits and you are a qualifying Veteran or dependent through the Choice Act qualify for tuition and fees at the rate for resident students.Please submit form and supporting documents to Military Student Success Center.
