The UTEP Local Internship Fair will be held at the UTEP Union Building East - Tomás Rivera Conference Center, Room 308 - 500 W University Ave, El Paso, TX 79902.
Registration for 2026 UTEP Local Internship Fair includes a light continental breakfast (for two reps). Lunch will not be provided.
Register for the event through Handshake. Parking permits and fair logistics will be e-mailed, to the representative who completes the registration, 1 week before the fair.
Two parking permits will be provided a week before the fair for two vehicles.
We welcome as many recruiters as you would like to bring to the event. Please note that the standard booth setup includes an 8-ft. table and two chairs.

Check-in will take place at the Tomás Rivera Conference Center on the morning of the fair starting at 7:30am.

If you are planning to host on-campus interviews or information sessions, make those selections via Handshake and our Employer Relations Team will assist you with those arrangements.
Please note that interviews will be conducted at the University Career Center - Union West, Room 103.
Voms at Union East will be available at a first come, first served basis.
