Meal tickets are available for $40 each and include breakfast and lunch for one representative. You can add these tickets during the registration process, or we can assist you with purchasing them on the day of the event. If you choose not to purchase additional meal tickets, we will provide a list of restaurants within walking distance of the venue, which will be included in your confirmation packet.
Once your participation in the fair is confirmed, we encourage you to begin planning for additional events, such as information sessions, tables or collaborations with student organizations. To coordinate your sessions prior to the fair, please email us at recruit@utep.edu
Parking will be located at the Sun Bowl Garage, and permits will be distributed two weeks prior to the fair. If you require ADA parking or any other parking accommodations, please email cthompson@utep.edu
You're welcome to bring as many recruiters as you'd like to the event. Please note that the standard booth setup includes an 8-foot table and two chairs. If your team is larger, you have the option to request and purchase an additional table to accommodate your group.

Early Check-In: We recognize that accessibility and convenience are essential for our participants. Therefore, we have arranged designated drop-off zones near the venue entrance and will provide parking permits two weeks before the fair. Please make sure to arrive during the designated check-in hours listed below.
Wednesday, February 5 at 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Thursday only and two-day registrants
Thursday, February 6 at 4:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., Friday only registrants
Regular Check-In: If you are unable to check in early, our team will be ready to assist you during the regular check-in hours on the morning of the fair, as listed below.

Interview rooms are limited, so we recommend securing one as soon as possible. If you need an interview room, please reserve it during the registration process. The rooms will be within walking distance of the venue and will be available on Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If you would like to request interview rooms outside of this timeframe, please email us at recruit@utep.edu, and we will assist you based on availability.
