Are you looking for ways to fund your undergraduate or graduate research, internship, or study abroad? The Office of Student Fellowships and Awards helps students identify relevant funding opportunities and provides support for students applying for prestigious national and international fellowships, scholarships and awards. Fellowships and scholarships are more than just money—they are personally transformative experiences that open up new worlds of possibility and give you a competitive edge for graduate school and your future career.
We can help you:
To learn more about the many fellowship and scholarship opportunities available to UTEP students, click on "find fellowship and scholarship opportunities" on the right-hand menu. Once you have identified scholarship or fellowship programs that align with your academic and professional goals, confirm that you meet the program's eligibility criteria, and set up a time to meet with a member of our staff to discuss your application. You can visit the Office of Student Fellowships and Awards in the Union West Building, Room 105, or contact us via e-mail at studentfellowships@utep.edu. You can also meet with an OSFA Writing Coach for feedback on your draft application essay(s) at any point in the drafting or revision process. We look forward to working with you!
