Manage your forms! As a DocuSign user, you now have control of your electronic forms and will be able to:

  • Check the status of forms
  • Re-assign forms to other users (as needed)
  • Keep track of usage
  • Void incomplete forms
  • Generate reports

Managing Forms

 

Under the "Manage" page, users can track and view the status of envelopes:

 

  •  Envelopes section gives users the ability to track envelopes they've sent or received, view envelope drafts, and view deleted envelopes.

 

  • Quick Views allows users to review envelopes pending their approval, view documents waiting for others to approve or view those that have been completed.

Document Retention & Storage

DocuSign is not designed for document storage, we strongly recommend to store documents in Content repository.

If your department does not have a Content repository, please contact Help Desk by submitting a ticket to helpdesk@utep.edu.
