The noon-time yoga class is a combination of integral yoga and flow yoga. The purpose of the class is to increase strength, flexibility, body awareness, concentration, breath control, and relaxation. The yoga classes are beginner/mixed.

Due to the instructor being at training, the first week of classes will be held on Monday, June 4, Tuesday, June 5 and Friday, June 8. This only applies to the first week of classes.
