Submit Request - turn in request for approval to respective Department Chair or Director/Department Head.
Recall Request - to retract the request for approval back to yourself for edits.
Deactivate - never started the activity.
Withdraw - started the activity but is no longer participating in the outside activity.
Clone Request - duplicate the original request for approval. If a request for approval is cloned information needs to be reviewed before submitting the request.
Saved - If an employee has not completed the request for approval form, it will automatically be in a saved status. In order for an employee to submit their request they need to complete the form in it's entirety and submit it to their respective Department Chair or Director/Department Head.
