UTEP Edge for Faculty and Staff

The UTEP Edge framework was developed as a part of UTEP’s Quality Enhancement Plan to elevate the next generation of student engagement and professional preparation. This framework is grounded in the belief that students bring rich talents and strengths. The UTEP Edge aims to develop these assets through High-Impact Practices (HIPs), or Edge Experiences, that are made possible by faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners. The UTEP Edge is committed to support and resources to all faculty and staff to further enable them to integrate Edge practices and skills through their teaching, research, service, and professional work.
