1. In order to access time sheets for imputing information such as time/absence events for an employee, you will navigate through PeopleSoft using the following procedure:
Main Menu > Manager Self-Service > Time Management > Report Time > Time Sheet
2. In order to view employee absence balances, you will navigate through PeopleSoft using the following procedure:
Main Menu > Manager Self-Service > Time Reporting > View Absence Balances
3. In order to view employees work schedules, you will navigate through PeopleSoft using the following procedure:
Main Menu > Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Assign Work Schedule
4. Queries Navigation HCM Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
The Monthly Absence Request Report can be accessed by departments using the query viewer. In order to retrieve the report it can be searched for using the following name: UTZ_HA_MTH_ABS_RPT_BY_DEPT.
