January 1 - December 31
Submission due date March 31, 2024.
The performance evaluation period encompasses the previous calendar year.
All employees shall receive a copy of their completed performance evaluation, participate in a performance evaluation discussion with their immediate supervisor, and have the opportunity to respond to their performance evaluation. Faculty will participate on an annual basis through their respective departments. Copies of their evaluations will be made available through their Department Chair.
There will be two types of evaluation Processes:
Annual Evaluation
• All Classified and Administrative and Professional (A & P) Staff will participate on an annual basis.
• Evaluations will be processed utilizing ePerformance.
• Copies of the evaluation will be accessible to the employee through the Peoplesoft Sefl-Service page.
6 Month Evaluation
• New employees within their probationary period (180 days) will participate utilizing a hard copy 6 month document.
Supervisors are responsible for adhering to this policy and conducting timely and consistent performance evaluations.
