PhilipsonCollection - The Texas Holocaust and Genocide Commission, coalesced by Senate Bill 482, was established to ensure that resources are available to students, educators, and the general public regarding the Holocaust and other genocides. The Gregg and Michelle Philipson Collection and Archive includes hundreds of images that support the Texas Holocaust and Genocide Commission’s mission to educate all Texans, from students to the general public. Each item may be accessed at no charge to download and/or print, with credit to the owners. This collection is regularly exhibited at major museums, universities, colleges, schools, as well as U.S. military installations.
El Paso Food Voices - A website and blog that displays the research of food studies researchers, which includes recipes, stories, and multimedia, gathered from home cooks, professional chefs, restaurant owners, community educators, and others from across El Paso, Texas. EPFV invites viewers to consider what living histories are served on their plates and how our culinary actions of today influence the kinds of living histories future generations will experience.
Afro Latino Virtual Museum – created in Second Life to highlight student research on Afro-Latino food and culture in a unique and engaging way. The virtual museum includes recipes and exhibits relating to the history of Afro-Latino food.
Layers of Rome - The Layers of Rome website displays research and lesson plans from participants in the study abroad program and online educational resource project.
