Dr. Amanda Goodson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice. She earned her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 2020. Her research focuses on violence against women and system responses to crime victims. Her work has appeared in a variety of outlets including Criminal Justice and Behavior, Crime & Delinquency, Journal of Interpersonal Violence, and Feminist Criminology, among others.
