Dr. Hyunjung Cheon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice. She earned her Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University in 2021. Her research focuses on race, ethnicity, crime, and justice, policing, comparative criminology and criminal justice, and quantitative methods. Her work has been appeared in journals such as Journal of Drug Issues, Justice Quarterly, Criminal Justice and Behavior, Policing: An international Journal of Police Strategies & Management, Injury Prevention, and Applied Psychological Measurement.
