Dr. Kelley Cronin is an online Adjunct Instructor in the Intelligence and National Security Studies program within the Department of Criminal Justice at UTEP. She earned her Ph.D. in Public Administration, with a specialization in law enforcement administration, from the University of Akron.
Dr. Cronin focuses on national security and intelligence studies, with an emphasis on critical infrastructure protection, risk, and threat assessment, and expertise in homeland security, emergency management, and criminal justice. She draws on prior experience in law enforcement to inform her teaching and research.
She is the author of numerous scholarly articles and books, including Critical Infrastructure Protection, Risk Management and Resilience: A Policy Perspective (2nd ed., 2024), and her research focuses on national security policy, homeland security, and critical infrastructure protection.
