Juan Frank Campos
Senior Lecturer
Juan Frank Campos is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Criminal Justice. He retired in 2021 as Assistant Deputy Chief U.S. Probation Officer for the Western District of Texas, El Paso Division. Juan participated as a national trainer for the Federal Judiciary Center’s Supervisor/Administrator Development Program in Washington, D.C. He also worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer in El Paso. Juan earned three Master’s Degrees, to include a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in 1998 and a dual Master’s in Criminal Justice and Public Administration from Sul Ross State University in 2014. Juan is interested in Evidenced-Based Practices to enhance the treatment and supervision of the offender population.
