Dr. Stacie Ordonez
Associate Professor of Instruction and Internship Coordinator

Dr. Stacie Ordonez is Associate Professor of Instruction and Internship Coordinator in the Department of Criminal Justice. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University in 2015. She formerly worked as Program Specialist with the Texas Civil Commitment Office supervising Civilly Committed Sex Offenders (Sexually Violent Predators), and as a District Parole Officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice supervising Sex Offenders. She is interested in behavior motivation of sex offenders, sex offender typologies, and secondary trauma in therapists who provide treatment to sex offenders.
