How to submit events for UTEP's Events System
These steps will show you how to submit your event(s) to UTEP's Events system so that it appears on the College's and your department's websites:
0. If your department does not use UTEP's Events system, please send all information to your webmaster.
1. With the internet browser of your choice, go to https://events.utep.edu/ and click on the "Submit an Event" link:
2. At the pop-up window, select the "Login with your UTEP account" link:
3. Authenticate with your @utep.edu credentials:
4. At the "ADD A PUBLIC EVENT" page, enter all details about your event:
5. In the "FILTERS" section, make sure to select "College of Liberal Arts." If this option is not selected, the College Webmaster will not be able to see the event in the system and will not be able to approve it:
6. Once all details have been entered, click on the "Add Event" link:
