The Post Approval Verification & Education (PAVE) program at the University of Texas of El Paso (UTEP) is designed to foster a collaborative partnership between the university and its research community. Its purpose is to support adherence to regulatory standards while promoting responsible and ethical research practices. The PAVE Program takes a collegial and constructive approach, emphasizing continuous improvement through clear communication and mutual respect. It works closely with Principal Investigators to proactively identify challenges, clarify expectations, and support sustainable compliance. Its direction is to help foster a research environment grounded in integrity, accountability, and transparency.
