Strategic Plan Midpoint Review

In 2026 we reviewed our strategic plan with a view to updating initiatives to drive us toward our goals. The Center for Institutional Evaluation, Research and Planning facilitated four targeted workshops, engaging Cabinet, initiative leads, and key stakeholders to review performance, assess progress across strategic goals, and identify areas for revision. In parallel, follow-up groups were convened to address specific metric revisions, and faculty focus groups provided additional insight on progress, challenges, and alternative measures of productivity. Feedback from workshops and focus groups was continuously incorporated into draft revisions of the Strategic Plan, which were circulated to initiative leads and refined through multiple rounds of review. The process culminated in a final update to Cabinet in May 2026, where major revisions were presented and approved.
