Counseling and Psychological services is offering support groups for students, faculty and staff who are interested in discussing their concerns regarding the current pandemic. Support groups do not constitute therapy, but do offer a safe space where people can share their thoughts and learn from one another. If you would like to attend several sessions, you will need to register for each of the sessions that you are planning to attend. Please use your UTEP email to sign up. Soothing With Your 5 Senses
Self-soothing is any activity that helps to calm or relieve you of some of your distress. The 5 senses (sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch) can be used for this purpose. In this workshop, you can learn how to use your 5 senses to relieve distress during these difficult time.
