Body positivity is about appreciating all bodies, and challenging harmful beauty standards. This workshop will focus on the some of the basics of body positivity, and may incorporate activities from The Body Positive program.
QPR gatekeeper suicide prevention training
Join us for this free 2 hr. suicide prevention training designed to teach faculty, staff and students to recognize when someone is experiencing emotional distress, identify the warning signs of suicide, ask questions about suicidal thoughts, and refer to the appropriate resources.
Suicide prevention is easy to learn and can be applied by everyone.
