The Udall Scholarship funds future leaders interested in environmental and conservation issues, as well as Native American and Alaska Natives working on Tribal policy or Native health care. It honors the legacies of Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall, whose careers had a significant impact on the stewardship of public lands and natural resources, and on Native American self-governance and health care.
