We are very excited to begin our 2024 Terry Foundation Scholarship at UTEP recruitment season.
We will be traveling to high schools in and around the El Paso area to present to your students the Terry Scholarship at UTEP application requirements, process, and best practices. The best audience for these presentations are high school students who are in the top 25% of their class.
Please note that the dates and times offered are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email terryscholars@utep.edu

Once the Terry Scholarship at UTEP finalist are chosen, we like to celebrate their accomplishments by coming to your school and presenting your student with a special check recognizing their scholarship award.
Check presentations have become a major tradition for our program and we are excited to continue each year’s round of presentations. Our team will come with a full-time staff member from our program and a few Terry Scholars (if available).
These can be scheduled during an awards ceremony already taking place at your school or we can pick a day to host the presentation as a standalone event. Many schools invite the senior and/or junior class and their administration to be part of the presentation.
