The University coordinates and administers its Risk Management program through The University of Texas System Office of Risk Management. Through this cooperative effort the following Risk Management and Insurance Services are provided by the Office of the VPBA:

- Additional Equipment Insurance
- Tenant Users Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP)
- International Insurance and Service Coverage
- General Liability Insurance
- Property Insurance
- Fine Arts Insurance
- Commercial Crime Insurance
- University Automobile Liability and Physical Damage Insurance
- Non-university Automobile Liability Insurance
- Directors and Officer Liability Insurance
- Student Athlete Injury Insurance
- Summer Camp Insurance

Risk Management Review
The Risk Management Review includes:
- Assessment of event type.
- Assessment of contract needs/specifications.
- Coordination with The University of Texas System Office of Risk Management.
- Resolution outcomes:
- Approved.
- Partially Approved - providing conditions.
- Denied - providing insurance administration if applicable or request for the party to provide coverage.
