Users can log into PeopleSoft through peoplesoft.utep.edu using their UTEP credentials (outlook/webmail username and password).
The most common transactions are initiated through an electronic process to collect approvals for the transactions.
Security roles are roles assigned to the user that determine the level of access they have to the PeopleSoft system. These roles dictate which PeopleSoft screens the user has access to view/update. Security roles are assigned according to job duties.
