Pete's Payment Options "On Demand Statements"

Effective March 2022 you will need to generate your "on demand statement"

  • Log in to your Pete's Payment Options Account
  • From the home page under Statements click on the green "On Demand Statement" button
  • Select term using the down arrow (default is current term)
  • Click on the green Submit button.

IMPORTANT: Visit Important Dates to get the payment deadline for the term.

It is a statement that captures charges/credits for the term that you specify in real-time.

Will I still receive emails that I have a new billing statement?
No, starting March 2022 and moving forward you will no longer receive emails that you have a new billing statement.  If you do not have a miners@utep.edu email address, obtain one at miners@utep.edu email address go to https://newaccount.utep.edu/

Your tuition and fees for the term will be due according to the payment deadlines that are published on our website under Important Dates.

You don’t have to generate an On Demand Statement however, you are still responsible for checking your account balance and making payment towards your tuition and fees by the payment deadline utilizing one of our payment options.

You can run an On Demand Statement at any given time to capture your account charges/credits for the term that you specify.

Static bills capture account information as of the date the bill was generated.  New charges/credits aren’t captured until a new bill is generated.

Log in to your Pete’s Payment Options Account

  • Click the On Demand Statement Button
  • Select term using the down arrow (default is current term)

Click on the Submit button.
