CE: What projects in the El Paso area have your worked on?

YC: Conde Inc. had a hand in designing the infrastructure for much of the El Paso area, we've engineered 30,000 acres of development for various developers. Our most recent project is helping El Paso Water design retention ponds off the freeway. That freeway used to get closed due to water accumulation. I've been doing this since 1983 and have done thousands of subdivisions and projects.
