Memo from Dr. Stacy Wagovich, associate dean for academic and faculty affairs:
The Dean’s Office is pleased to announce that Dr. Rhonda Manning will serve as the Dean’s Faculty Fellow for Community Partnerships and Clinical Affiliations over the 2022-23 year. Dr. Manning has been the Director of Clinical Education for the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program for the past five years, creating or renewing approximately 200 active contracts for that program. As the Chair of the CHS Community Partnerships for Experiential Learning (CPEL) Committee, she has coordinated affiliation efforts for the clinical programs across the College.
In her new role as Dean’s Faculty Fellow, Dr. Manning will lead initiatives related to streamlining, centralizing, and documenting college-wide processes as they relate to the establishment and maintenance of affiliation agreements. She will also work with the College’s clinical coordinators, providing information and training as we move to a new system of processing agreements. She will be a resource to the College as we develop new clinical partnerships for the benefit of our students.
