As graduation candidates line up and prepare to make their way to the Don Haskins Center for their Commencement, members of the UTEP Alumni Association Board of Directors, Alumni Volunteers, and staff of the Office of Institutional Advancement present them with an official Miner Pick lapel pin. This gesture marks the beginning of a long-lasting and fruitful relationship between the University and its alumni. We hope that every time alumni look at this lapel pin, they fondly remember their UTEP experience and remain connected with their alma mater.
