Customized English Training
Professional and Public Programs offers a wide range of noncredit programs for the regional community, including businesses, industries, professional firms, nonprofit organizations and government agencies. Our programs provide opportunities for skill development, continuing education, and personal enrichment. Courses are offered on and off campus and online (self-paced or virtually live).
In addition to open enrollment courses, can provide customized in-house training and development programs for organizations. Our programs cover many areas; we can also adapt existing programs or can custom-tailor programs specifically to meet identified needs.
Customized Training Recommendations and Goals
We recommend face-to-face or live/online English programs to meet the needs of your staff or clientele.
Our goal is to ensure that upon completion of our program our participants will have sufficient grasp of the English language to function with ease at work, in the classroom, or elsewhere. ELI students will learn the fundamental components of the English language, such as grammar, comprehension, reading, writing, speech, pronunciation, and accent reduction, as well as explore American culture, customs, attitudes and English idioms.
