MANAGER - GOAL SETTING
• Identifies goals for incoming year
• Defines competencies for incoming year
• Updates goals as complete
• Meet with employee to review goals and competencies

OPTIONAL - EMPLOYEE SELF-EVALUATION
• Manager must submit the Goal document
• Manager should provide employees with a deadline to complete the self-eval
• Manager will receive e-mail once self-eval has been submitted

MANAGER - COMPLETE EVALUATION
• Evaluate & update goals from previous year
• Add rating to competencies
• Add manager comments
• Identify strengths and challenges
• Provide overall summary
• Submit to one-up manager
• One-up manager approval

MANAGER - EMPLOYEE ONE/ONE
• Schedule one on one with employee
• Update status to Available for Review
• Update status to Review Held

EMPLOYEE - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
• Add employee comments
• Update status to Acknowledge

MANAGER - COMPLETE/SUBMIT
To be completed by March 31, 2024
• Update status to Completed
• Evaluation is now closed
