MUSE Alumni

The UTEP Museum Studies Program is in the process of assembling our first formal alumni database. Whether you completed one of the very first Certificates in Exhibition Practice in the early 2000s or graduated just last year, we would love to hear from you! With this project, we aim to collect:

• Contact Information (has your name changed? Can we reach you by either email or physical mail with news and updates from the Museum Studies Program?)
• Genealogical Data (such as year of graduation, Major program of study, and supervising Museum Studies Director or Coordinator);
• Personal Narratives (what is your most cherished MUSE memory? Which classes transformed your worldview? Did you have a mentor—either at UTEP or in a Community Partner Institution—who transformed your MUSE journey?);
• Professional Updates (whether you went on to a career in Museums or took another path, we would love to hear about your life journeys after UTEP); and
• Photographs and other Archival Materials (brochures, exhibition posters, syllabi, or any other material memories you’d like to share! We are happy to accept physical donations or provide digitization services).
