February 21, “Finding Focus.”
This workshop uses psychological pricnciples of learning and memory to teach students better study habits, strategies for maintaining focus, and methods to help lower test anxiety.
March 22, "Managing Panic Attackes."
What are panic attacks? In this workshop, you can learn about mental health in college students, panic attack symptms and strategies on how to cope with them.
