Checking your UTEP Zoom License
1. Open up your web browser of choice and navigate to zoom.utep.edu:
2. You will be redirected to utep-edu.zoom.us and be presented with different options:
3. Select "Sign in to your account" and log in with your UTEP credentials:
4. Once you authenticate, you will be taken to your Zoom homepage. It will have your name, account number, your Personal Meeting ID, email, etc. If you are faculty or staff, in the "License Type" section, it must say "Licensed" and "Meeting" must state "300 participants." If it doesn't, please contact the UTEP Helpdesk at helpdesk@utep.edu to have this corrected.
5. An alternate way of checking is to click on the profile icon on the upper-right of the screen. It must say "LICENSED." If it doesn't, please contact the UTEP Helpdesk at helpdesk@utep.edu to have this corrected:
